Twisted Visage

I wanted to design a mask that would profoundly alter our perception of mortality, infusing it with an aesthetic appeal that captivates the observer. While the structure of the mask may not be entirely original, its conceptual significance is undeniably unique. My intention was to reflect my fascination with anatomy, particularly the intricate forms and structures of skulls, which embody a complex interplay of beauty and existential contemplation.

LightBox

My favorite things intricately weave the fabric of my identity, and I aspire for my artwork to embody and amplify my passion for atmosphere. The interplay of light within a space influences my emotions and overall state of being. I am particularly captivated by environments that feature intriguing lighting, as they cultivate unique moods and immersive experiences. In pursuit of this inspiration, I conceptualized and crafted a lamp, utilizing photographs I have taken as the foundational medium. By cutting shapes and designs by hand into the paper, I then sewed the components together, ultimately culminating in the creation of a captivating "lightbox."
